Terms & conditions
Engagements with Regent Branding Ltd are governed by a written agreement issued per client, covering scope, fees, payment terms, territory, intellectual property and termination. These website terms cover use of this site only: content is provided in good faith and for general information; it does not constitute professional advice, and we accept no liability for decisions taken on it without engagement. All site content is © Regent Branding Ltd unless credited otherwise, and may not be reproduced commercially without permission.
Privacy policy
We collect personal data you submit through our contact form (name, email, phone, and the details of your enquiry) solely to respond to and manage that enquiry, under the lawful basis of legitimate interest. We do not sell personal data. Data is stored on secured, access-controlled systems, retained no longer than necessary for the purpose collected, and you may request access, correction or deletion at any time via hello@regentbranding.co.uk. Where we act as a processor on client marketing data, processing is governed by the client agreement and applicable UK GDPR.
Cookie policy
This site uses strictly necessary cookies for core functionality and, where you consent, analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. No advertising cookies are set by this site. You can withdraw consent at any time through your browser settings; the site remains fully usable without analytics cookies.
GDPR guidance
As both controller of our own data and processor of client campaign data, Regent operates to UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018: data minimisation by default, consent-aware tracking implementations for clients, documented processing activities, and breach notification procedures. Data subject requests should be addressed to hello@regentbranding.co.uk and will be answered within statutory timescales.
Modern slavery statement
Regent Branding Ltd has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chain. As a professional services firm our exposure is limited; we nonetheless vet suppliers and freelance partners, pay promptly and fairly, and will not work with organisations credibly linked to forced labour.
Equality statement
Regent is committed to equality of opportunity in hiring, partnering and client work. We are a remote-first firm built on output rather than presence, which we believe widens access on its own, and we hold ourselves to recruiting, paying and promoting without regard to race, religion, gender, age, disability or background.
